1. The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days

The consumer may withdraw from a distance purchase and sale contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, except for the exceptions provided for in the legislation.

Please submit your withdrawal by email to info@treciokas.lt, indicating the order number and the goods to be returned.

2. Customized (made-to-order) products

• The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly tailored to their needs (custom dimensions, drawings, assembled system parts, etc.).
• A 50% advance payment applies to custom orders.
• If an individual order is canceled after confirmation and/or the start of production/ordering of materials, the Seller has the right not to refund the advance payment (or part thereof) and/or to demand compensation for reasonable costs incurred prior to the cancellation, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Damage to shipments during delivery

External damage to shipments must be recorded with the courier and reported to the Seller with photographs immediately, but no later than within 24 hours of delivery.
