1. Scope

These Delivery Terms apply to orders placed via the online store and are an integral part of UAB Trečiokas's terms and conditions of sale.

2. Delivery methods

  • The delivery method depends on the size/weight of the goods: courier, parcel terminals (where applicable), pallet/transport shipment or collection.
  • If the goods cannot be delivered by the selected method, the Seller will offer an alternative.
  • Pickup is only possible after confirmation that the goods are ready.

3. Terms

  • The terms for standard goods are specified in the online store or in the order confirmation.
  • The delivery time for custom goods is calculated from (i) receipt of payment/advance payment and (ii) confirmation of the final specifications/drawings.
  • Delivery times may be preliminary due to design, complex manufacturing, or supply delays.

4. Acceptance of shipment and damage

  • Upon acceptance of the shipment, the Buyer must inspect the packaging and the goods. External damage must be noted in the delivery documents/courier system.
  • External damage must be reported immediately, but no later than within 24 hours, with photographs.
  • Hidden damage must be reported immediately, but no later than within 2 working days.
